Meet our Founder, Roger Higa

With over 13 years of experience in financial services and a deep commitment to his community, Roger is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve financial security. To stay at the forefront of his field, he regularly participates in industry training and certification programs, ensuring that his knowledge remains current and comprehensive.

Roger’s practical approach to financial planning is shaped by his education, professional experience, and industry affiliations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and continuously expands his expertise through ongoing professional development.

Roger’s commitment to excellence has earned him multiple industry accolades. He was honored with the 2017 Outstanding Professional Advisor in Philanthropy Award for integrating philanthropic giving into his financial planning services. He is also a *Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Member (2015, 2016, 2021, and 2022), an achievement recognized as the global standard of excellence in life insurance and financial services.

Commitment to Community
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Roger is deeply invested in giving back to his community. He actively supports the University of Hawai‘i Foundation and the Hawai‘i Community Foundation, providing scholarships to students pursuing careers in risk management and those residing and attending school in the Kalihi-Palama District.

*Qualifying membership in the MDRT is based on minimum commission and gross business generated within a year. Each MDRT status designation is granted for one year only until lifetime membership is achieved after 10 years; otherwise, all members must apply every year to continue their affiliation with the Million Dollar Round Table
